This book is out of print and I have been lucky enough to acquire some of the last available copies from the author who came to visit me in 2024. This book is recommended as a resource for Australian animal symbolism in my book Australian Druidry: Connecting with the Sacred Landscape. Anja-Karina is passionate about symbolic systems and delving into how understanding animals nature can help us to be inspired and transform our lives. Jacinta Tobin is a Dharug woman who provided guidance for Anja-Karina in writing the book which references some Aboriginal stories in the descriptions of the animals.
I am pleased to share this book as I hope it will help Australian Druids to deepen their understanding of Australian animals, and open a door to learning more about Aboriginal stories and their depth of meaning.
