Creative Presence

This piece is made with bronzite and chrysoprase. Bronzite is a stone of presence, peace and self-awareness. It helps us to find the still centre within through meditation and mindfulness practices, like bringing our attention to the breath, energy in the body, witnessing our thoughts, and naming our experiences as they arise. Chrysoprase is a stone of nature connection, creativity and peace. It helps us to take time in nature to allow space for the mind to creatively explore ideas and wander upon inspiration. Together they are a great aid to mindfulness, presence and the creative thinking it can awaken in us.
