Labyrinth of Ancestors

This piece is made with stromatolite in which we can see the oldest evidence of life on Earth. It connects us to the distant ancestral past from which the spark of life has been passed down to us. The immense family tree of all beings returning through time to our shared ancestors of the ancient Earth. The piece also features a labyrinth design, representing the labyrinth of stories and experiences formed by all of our ancestors as they lived their unique lives on this planet before us. Wearing this piece connects us to the vastness of the mysteries held in that labyrinth of our ancestors as both individuals and collectively as all life on Earth. 
 
The cord fastening is a sliding knot with long cords to be worn at any length.
