Healthy Boundaries

This piece is made with lepidolite and amethyst in the pendant, with fuchsite and amethyst beads. Lepidolite and fuchsite are both stones of healthy boundaries. Lepidolite helps us to recognise the need to set our own boundaries in order to find the time we need to restore ourselves. It helps us to remember to care for our own energy as well as others’. Fuchsite helps us to feel into energy fields, sensing energetic boundaries – our own, and those of other beings, whether they are other people or other living beings such as animals or trees. Amethyst is a stone that helps us to open to spiritual awareness. In this piece it helps the wearer to sense energetic boundaries, as well as set verbal boundaries in their life.
