Banksia Joy

This piece is made with nephrite jade and dalmatian jasper. It features a banksia design. There are many varieties of the Australian native Banksia tree, but what they all share is seed pods that look like laughing mouths. They can be associated with elder wisdom, laughter, and joy in knowledge. Nephrite jade is a stone of abundance, prosperity and health, nature connection and communication with nature spirits. Dalmatian jasper is a stone of laughter, joyful community connections, friendship and social bonding.
