Learn about the seasonal symbols of the Autumn Equinox, both traditional and local, as a part of creating your own local wheel of the year of seasonal celebrations.
Time & Location
23 Mar 2021, 10:30 am – 12:30 pm AEDT
About the Event
Creating a local wheel of the year is a process that involves close observation of the world around us. Traditional festivals, symbols and celebrations can help us to understand what makes a particular time of year through the seasons a sacred time, but we can also look to the bushland, local gardens, agricultural cycles, and human activities to give us a more localised understanding.
This event is a series of eight that will run through the year. The event will take place live on Zoom. There will be a talk presented by Julie Brett, author of 'Australian Druidry: Connecting with the sacred landscape' followed by opportunities for attendees to interact with the material, ask questions and get involved. The presentation will be available afterwards in the membership section of the Forest Spirit Jewelry website.
To view the event, purchase either a monthly or yearly subscription to the membership area.
Monthly access includes entry to the live Zoom session and access to replay video content afterwards for $49
Yearly aceess includes entry to this session and the next seven sessions through 2021, plus a mentoring session with Julie and access to all replay video content for $299.
